I love the body boss workouts - they push you just the right amount and they get you feeling good! I recently bought the recipe books too and I haven’t found a meal I don’t love! Also, I was so impressed when they sent a “Superfood” book with my purchase because I was recently diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue and I need to focus on having superfoods and this book was so handy to learn from!
